Objective of pre-launch communication

Communicating about Teamstarter ahead of the official launch is essential in order to:

  • create strong momentum as soon as the platform opens

  • enable the approach to be understood and adopted as quickly as possible.

From experience, we have noticed that the adoption curve (the ratio between registered employees and employees who have created accounts) is exponential during the first month after launch.

Example of a pre-launch communication plan

To do this, here is an example of a communication plan that you can use.

Feel free to customize it according to:

  • your context,

  • your needs,

  • and your possibilities.

The main thing is to build the most impactful plan for your organization, one that is sure to reach your employees!

This sample plan is provided for informational purposes only.
