What is a goal on Teamstarter?
A goal is a challenge that the company sets for its employees to take on by proposing ideas or projects.
It must be easily understandable to everyone and express the expected impact of the proposed projects (it should be actionable and measurable).
Each goal must be unique and must fit within the framework determined by your organization.
Please note : objectives must express a concrete need of the organization, without being as specific as a project idea or as broad as an overall expectation of the organization.
Example:
Project idea: Fundraiser for the Paris SPA
Objective: Let's help local associations
Company expectation: Increase our CSR impact
How can the objectives feature help you generate projects on Teamstarter?
The “Objectives” feature guides users toward creating projects that meet the needs of your organization. These objectives may be directly related to your reason for purchasing Teamstarter, or they may be one-off or situational.
How do I access the objectives feature?
To access this feature, go to the admin back office and then to the objectives tab :
Then you have two options :
Add a custom goal
Consult our library to duplicate goals already created by our teams.
The selected goals will be displayed on the Teamstarter home page for all your employees, who will then be able to submit their projects accordingly.
