How do I select the "vote and committee" option when creating a project ?

When writing your draft project, you can create a project to be put to the vote by linking it to a "vote and committee" objective.

Once you have given your project a title, you can select an objective that will be linked to your project.

Objective which has 2 different ways of being supported by your colleagues :

  • By participative financing, where your colleagues use their kitty to contribute to your project and complete your fundraising.

  • "Vote and committee", which allows you to gather the opinions of the collective, before validation by the committee (below, the goal in the middle is the one marked "Continuous feedback").

What does a project submitted to a vote and committee look like ?

Once you have finalised your draft in the project creation funnel, the presentation of the remaining fields to be filled in remains the same as for a crowdfunded project (project summary, project details, project interests, etc.).

The specificity of a project submitted to a vote and committee is that you won't have to mention the fundraising parameters (authorised overrun, campaign duration, participation linked to the funding, etc.).

A project submitted to the vote and committee can also be funded or not by choosing one of the two options below :

If you select "No funding required", you will see the words ‘No funding required’ appear on your project, as shown below :

If not, you will see the sum of your budget :

What happens when your project is published ?

Once your project has been submitted and moderated (published) :

  • An email is sent to all employees to ‘vote’ for the project.

  • Each member of staff can vote once, positively, for each project. They can therefore, if they wish, vote positively for all the projects.

  • The vote is a consultation to gather the collective opinion, before validation by the committee.

  • A project validated by the committee (which is in line with your organisation's objectives) then moves on to the implementation phase, i.e. the setting up of your project.
